Mother Seton Academy is pleased to offer healthy breakfast, lunch and snack to all students. Mother Seton Academy has contracted with Revolution Foods to provide delicious meals that meet or exceed USDA and Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act requirements under the National School Lunch Program.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
